So why I  started a coffee roasting company. Well I guess it starts with some life changes. I had a divorce during that time I had some life reflections and one thing that came was how much I enjoyed coffee and I started roasting it during my divorce process and while I was doing so then I kept thinking of was about my mom. You see almost every morning before my mom passed away I'd go over to her house to have a cup of coffee never like black but I always did cream and sugar. My mom committed suicide July 19th 2002 so now coffee reminds me of those times and then as I was reflecting on this even more I come to realize that most of my friends I met were from coffee shops and from sitting and enjoying coffee while reading or talking with other friends and meeting new friends So for me my passion is not just coffee but the whole atmosphere around coffee live music friends and family.
